False Piety IV, V, VI–WikiLeaks, Russians, Old Information

leave a comment »

I’ve not had a lot of time to comment lately – something about real work getting in the way of the blogosphere stuff. But, I have about three of these to post, so, here we go, like the previously noted, the Democrats have been crying crocodile tears about the heavy hits that they have been sustaining.

False Piety Point #4: HRC makes the assertion about Trump using information from sources relating to Russia, and because of that, we shouldn’t listen. Never mind the actual CONTENT of the some 23 WikiLeaks drops, the thousands of mail messages that have been running around Twitter like angry kittens. It’s funny because Clinton, Inc. is avoiding the content like the plague. Doesn’t matter that CNN has been implicated, feeding the Clinton campaign debate questions, or the mounting proof that Clinton and the DNC railroaded Bernie Sanders out of the race (and probably slid him some hush money).

But Clinton is attempting a tactic often used in the legal world, and one that is not being bought by the masses: admissibility of evidence. In law, if evidence is obtained in a way that is considered illegal or unethical, that evidence cannot be used in court. So HRC comes in, and basically tells us that because the information came from WikiLeaks, after US systems and personnel got compromised by a Russian hacker, we shouldn’t listen to any of it.

But I guarantee that if the situation was reversed, HRC would not even blink in her need to bring this up. And she wouldn’t care where it came from – probably call Putin a “friend to America” or some dumbwittery.

False Piety Point #5: This weekend, we saw an bombshell drop which reminded me of the final scene in Independence Day (the first one, not the one that sucked), where the ship hovering over Area 51 got blown up by one suicide pilot.

id4_ship

HRC’s campaign controllers are in full on panic and Huma Abedin is MIA at this point (hopefully she doesn’t end up “disappearing” or something). But what they keep saying argues how Comey dropped this campaign nuke right ahead of the election.

But I guarantee if the shoe were on the other foot, and Comey were dropping a massive tac-nuke on the Trump Campaign, HRC would have no problem as to its “timeliness” or accuse Comey of election meddling.

False Piety Point #6: Released just today, we’re seeing information released under the FOIA from the FBI – 129 pages of records, bringing up an investigation from 15 years ago into Bill Clinton pardoning Marc Rich. Regardless of the content, the Clinton campaign is big to bring up that this investigation was from 15 years ago – an old investigation to be sure, not to mention its timeliness.

Oh, and making the entire Access Hollywood comments from over ten years ago – that’s important information into the character of Donald Trump, but Clinton pardoning Rich just before leaving office, something that is specious at best, deeply corrupt at the worst, meanwhile HRC gets 100 grand for her Senate run and the Clinton Library nearly half a million – that’s not telling of moral character?

So political kickbacks and buyoffs are okay, but locker room talk isn’t?

So as the election is within the final week, we see, yet again, HRC struggling to keep her campaign from blowing up and crashing like what happens with most frauds.

To my friends.

The Hypocrisy of CNN, Again

leave a comment »

So, for the last few days, CNN has been pressing this issue about Trump’s locker-room talk. But CNN has been doing everything they can to try to find Republicans who will speak out against Donald Trump. They don’t care about anything else at the moment, because all of their “news” coverage is spun to promote Hillary and destroy Donald.

First, yes he said those things.  They were vulgar.  Yep, they were.  I don’t think anybody out there denies that. And I believe the American public is smart enough to understand that there are plenty of people out there who use vulgarity on a day-to-day basis. Is it right? Depends on your state of morality. But I certainly cannot condemn the man when I myself have said those kinds of things more than once in my life.

CNN decidedly put backspin on this. They keep saying it like this:

Talking Head: “Is it okay that a man who wants to be President is saying these kinds of things and bragging about his treatment of women?”

Go ahead, keep making the brain-baby kick

Here is the point that they are not getting, and are hoping that you don’t get either. Donald Trump said these things back in 2005, when he was not running for President. Now no one has come up with any kind of video or audio of Donald Trump saying these kinds of things after his candidacy was announced. CNN is trying to put the cart before the horse. They are trying to spin comments from 11 years ago in a way that makes it look as if he’s saying right now. And their journalistic integrity is totally in question because they don’t bring up any of the reports of the vulgarities that Hillary Clinton has said.

And then we go back to Bill Clinton, who is in more sexual harassment and sexual assault situations, before he ever made a presidential run. It was even busted for his womanizing while he was in office! The public basically gave him a pass. Organizations like MoveOn.org attempted to blanket over the whole thing. The situation with Monica Lewinsky forced the second of the only two impeachments in America’s history. The left wanted to breeze over it. And these are things that happened before he was in office and while he was in office.

This video clearly demonstrates CNN’s hypocrisy and how they are trying to create a picture that Donald Trump is not electable as a present. But yet they do the exact opposite when Bill Clinton is involved.

Somehow I get the feeling that CNN is even trying to remain objective anymore, as if they ever tried first place. I don’t even think they are trying to hide it.

Hillary Got it Wrong–SCOTUS Question

leave a comment »

The Court has the power of “Judicial Review”, which means that the it’s the court’s job to apply standing legislation, and most importantly, the Constitution, to various situations where the law doesn’t spell out what should be done.

Well, part III of the debate process happened last night. And with Trump’s performance in his Three-on-One debate, this little gem stood out:

la-na-pol-presidential-debate-st-louis-photos-040

Beth Miller: Good evening. Perhaps the most important aspect of this election is the Supreme Court justice. What would you prioritize size as the most important aspect of selecting a Supreme Court justice?

Hillary Clinton: Thank you. You are right. This is one of the most important issues in this election. I want to appoint Supreme Court justices who understand the way the world really works, who have real life experience. Who have not just been in a big law firm and maybe clerked for a judge and then gotten on the bench, but maybe they tried more cases. Actually understand what people are up against. Because I think the current court has gone in the wrong direction. I would want to see the Supreme Court reverse Citizens United and get dark unaccountable money out of our politics. Donald doesn’t agree with that. I would like the Supreme Court to understand that voting rights are a big problem in many parts of the country. That we don’t do always do everything we can to make it possible for people of color and older people and young people to be able to exercise their franchise. I want a Supreme Court that will stick with Roe v. Wade and a woman’s right to choose, and I want a Supreme Court that will stick with marriage equality. Now, Donald put forth of the names of people he would consider. And among the ones that he has suggested are people who would reverse Roe v. Wade and reverse marriage equality. I think that would would be a terrible mistake and take us backwards. I want a Supreme Court that doesn’t always side with corporate interests. I want a Supreme Court that understands because you are wealthy and you can give more money to something doesn’t mean you have more rights or should have any more rights than anything else. So I have clear views about what I want to see to change the balance on the Supreme Court and I regret deeply that the senate has not done its job and they have not permitted a vote on the person that President Obama, a highly qualified person. They have not given him a vote to be able to have the full complement of nine Supreme Court justices. I think that was a dereliction of duty. I hope they will see their way to doing it, but if I am so fortunate as to be president, I will immediately move to make sure that we fill that. We have nine justices and that they get to work on behalf of our people.

Donald Trump: Justice Scalia, great judge, died recently and we have a vacancy. I am looking to appoint judges very much in the mold of justice Scalia. I am looking for judges and have actually picked 20 of them. So that people would say: Highly respected. Highly thought of and actually very beautifully reviewed by just about everybody. But people that will respect the Constitution of the United States. And I think that this is so important. Also, the Second Amendment which is totally under siege by people like Hillary Clinton. They’ll respect the second amendment and what it stands for and what it represents.

Now, class, did you find the right answer in what the candidates said? Which one? If you said Trump, you’d be right, not for all the rhetoric, but for these two statements (emphasis and editing mine):

Clinton: I believe the current court has gone in the wrong direction. I want a Court that understands voting rights are a big problem, that will stick with Roe v Wade, marriage equality, doesn’t side with corporate interests, understands that because you’re wealthy, you don’t have more rights. I want to see a change in the balance on the Supreme Court.

Trump: I am looking to appoint judges…that will respect the Constitution of the United States.

If you look at the Supreme Court’s own page, it will talk about judicial review. Not about promoting causes that one candidate things are important. Not changing the balance because decisions are not palatable. But applying the law as it stands.

So Trump answered this question, and once you pare down the fluff, succinctly – judges that will respect the Constitution.

If this were a game show, Hillary would have gotten a big ugly buzzer.  She got it wrong.  And she stepped up with the statements of judicial activism rather than the law. Why?

Because, on the left, causes are more important than law. We see it with Black Lives Matter in their sense of entitlement while gunning down police officers. We see it in the entire LGBTQ+, etc etc alphabet soup that now wants to redefine the human race as having about seven genders, rather than two. We see it with abortion and gay marriage. They’re not concerned about the rule of law, they are concerned about using the judiciary to change law (rather than going through Congress).

It’s important to understand what the Courts are supposed to do and not what we wish them to do.  Trump wins on that one.

To my vulgar speaking, deplorable friends.

Hillary Wants Equal Distribution of Profit

leave a comment »

It’s completely apparent that Hillary has no idea how business is supposed to work.

During the Tuesday Debate, Hillary made the following nonsense statement:

Clinton: I also want to see more companies do profit-sharing. If you help create the profits, you should be able to share in them, not just the executives at the top.

Um, lady, do you even have a clue how companies work?

First off, employees do get a share of the revenues that company brings in – it’s called a paycheck. An employee works and gets paid.  That’s their share of the profits.

But Clinton doesn’t believe this is fair enough. She thinks that if a company makes big money, the employees should get some of that. The issue here is that Clinton overlooks the other part of profit-sharing, the risk and investment part.

You see, people who put their own capital in to a company are the investors and stakeholders. They are the ones that put up the money to get a company going, started, and flourishing. When times are good, the money made in profit goes out to these people. The risk is that if the company goes downhill because business isn’t good, these are the people that lose out. Now, I don’t see any of these employees putting up the extra money to prop up the company in those dry spells. But Hillary here is playing to the entitlement group by saying that employees are entitled to the profits.

Perhaps Hillary just means that more companies should offer their employees profit-sharing programs as part of their benefits package, but that’s now how she worded it. She basically said, if you create the profits (read: worked for the company), you should get a cut.

So why didn’t Trump call her on this?

Well, there are so many ways that Trump could work this, but if he goes to defensively responding to all of Hillary’s nonsense during the debate, she would control the narrative – something a good debater will do. But he had to have the epic eye roll when she said that little bit of socialist noise. Good thing she wore a red dress.

Makes sense.

To my friends.

One Simple Question

leave a comment »

Image result for Hillary Image result for trump
Her Him

You have until November to decide. Do your own research. Don’t listen to the pundits. Don’t listen to the media. Don’t listen to the Facebook postings or the wild-eyed Twitter feeds from the left or the right.

Choose.

Choose of your own volition. Choose of your own decision. Don’t let dumb tag lines and nonsense govern your choice. There are those out there who are so bitter and angry that they have become antipathetic about the race. They are left without a candidate they can truly believe in, with Cruz out and Kasich on his way out, they are deciding to stay home since Trump isn’t conservative enough (or at all) for them. But rather than go with one who is more conservative than the other, they’ll just stay home, sit in their own misery and posterior pain, and tell all of us how stupid we are for voting for whomever is the nominee.

In other words, they are afraid now. They are afraid that their ardent opposition to Donald Trump has put them in a place where they will either have to not vote, or vote for Hillary, since they would have to munch some serious crow.

(Psst, better to eat the crow while it’s warm)

Why do I say this? Because McCain and Romney weren’t your token conservatives either, but I bet most who fly that #NeverTrump hashtag voted for McCain and Romney.

As for me, I didn’t support Trump outwardly through the Primary, but I didn’t oppose him either. My position here at The Rabid Conservative was to support the GOP nominee, since I myself am not a Republican anymore, I wouldn’t have a say in it anyway.  But, I’ll vote for the best candidate in November. If it comes down to Hillary or Trump, then I’m going with Trump. That doesn’t bother me, even being a conservative, because while Trump and I don’t align on everything, we do align on more than Hillary and I. And I’ll go with the best candidate available.

I went with McCain in 2008, and he’s about as moderate as you can get. But I sure as heck wasn’t going to vote for BHO. And in November 2008, I was pretty somber. You can even read the TRC Post on this.

Anyway, I will remind you all, your constitutional duty is to vote, ever since these guys helped you get your right to vote.

In the spirit of the day, being May 4th (Star Wars Day), I give you a very poignant video that paints the picture, very well, I might add.

The Voters Will Decide

And just got 15 months in the:

But we can’t properly investigate allegations by:

Sick of Sanders’ Lies, Hill? How ‘bout YOU Stop Lying?

leave a comment »

What’s really interesting is that the Hillary is griping about Sanders’ lying about her taking money from Big Oil, she’s got the audacity to even gripe at all about lying, with her “truth telling”.

How about these?

  • She lied about being “flat broke” when she left the White House. You can’t spin up a $2 million mortgage if you’re flat broke.
  • She lied about the Benghazi video – that it had an impact on why the Islamofacists attacked our embassy, an attack that happened on 9/11 (symbolic to be sure). I wonder if Obama would have missed his re-election had Hillary not told that whopper. She also lied about having a subpoena, which Trey Gowdy produced right away. (oh, THAT subpoena)
  • She lied about being under sniper fire in Bosnia, with heads down to get to base. One video later and, well, she “misspoke”. How do you misspeak about being shot at? #StolenHonor
  • She lied about the e-mail server, that she had broken no rules. I have personally seen people reprimanded for much much less. Well, she is going to be interviewed by Jim Comey himself. Wow, there’s got to be something there if an investigation elicits the direct involvement of the FBI Director, himself.

Want more lies of HRC-u-lies herself? Here’s a laundry list: http://www.politifact.com/personalities/hillary-clinton/statements/byruling/false/
